Summer Streets is an annual celebration of New York City's most valuable public space—our streets. Summer Streets provides space for healthy recreation and encourages New Yorkers to use more sustainable forms of transportation.
Baby Bean project managed special projects for the multi-weekend experiential event closing seven consecutive miles of public roadway for healthy recreation for an estimated 300,000 attendees.
Pre-production consisted of project managing internal and external stakeholders deliverables and communication including creative agency, print vendor, production team, and Department of Transportation partner.
We also created a print asset coding system, managed the production schedule, coordinated asset delivery and logistics for installation of all print collateral and elements along the route.
