To celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the creation of The Simpsons, Matt Groening and FXX planned something big to celebrate the 552 episodes created.
Enter the Homer Dome. Twenty-feet in diameter and filled with colorful character drawings, a giant video screen showered the interior of Homer’s skull and tiny brain with a projection mapped computer-generated voyage through Homer’s mind. Clips from all 552 episodes were included, along with images of donuts. LOTS of donuts.
The Simpsons World experience also included life-size figures of the Simpsons characters.
Baby Bean supported production and project management of fabrication, print assets, event staffing and logistics.
